Created a management system for Baulkham Hills Volleyball Club with my friend/mentor from Australia. We utilized GoLang, GraphQL, Ent, and PostgreSQL to design and build a backend for the application that handles ~1,000 users a day.
This application was built using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB and utilizes cron to run incremental jobs to scrape redflagdeals.com. After filtering the posts, it analyzes them and notifies the user about relevant posts.
This was our final project for Program Design. We collaboratively created a fully featured front-end application built using Next.js and Mantine to mimic an online marketplace like BestBuy with functionalities such as order management. Due to project restrictions, it utilized local storage in place of a database.
